The Trango X-Raceᴴᴾᴿ is tailored for the Red Bull X-Alps, but no less relevant for just about anyone keen to fly a high-performance wing, be it Sports Class competition or XC hounds, expedition freaks crossing remote mountain ranges on foot or in the air, or simply anyone who loves the feel of freedom a high-performance glider can offer.
The glider is now equipped with the completely new HPR riser concept (High Performance Risers). Thanks to this innovative feature, the glider can now be controlled very sensitively and smoothly via the C-plane in any flight situation (pitch control, straight-line flight, turning into the thermals, etc.).
The Summit XC4ᴴᴾᴿ is a high-end EN B wing that is very easy to fly, and even more to the point, it is a wing that is very easy to fly far on. The handling is close to that of our popular high-end EN C wing, the Trango XC3, meaning it will communicate with its pilot, and let them know precisely what is going on where, without feeling nervous in the process. The glide at high speeds, critical for headwind performance on XC flights, has been improved compared to the Summit XC3, and with the light and efficient speed system and the very stable aerofoil there is simply no reason to hang around - just mash that bar, comfortable in the knowledge that you can control any forward pitch with the C-handles even before they turn into proper surges.

We positioned the Kangriᴴᴾᴿ at the top end of the B-category on purpose. Our vision, to create a lightweight glider with the best possible glide and speed on bar is setting a new benchmark in its class. Due to its lightweight construction, the Kangriᴴᴾᴿ weighs only 3.7 kg in its smallest size. The material mix of 32g and 27g Porcher Skytex as well as the sophisticated inner life are not only light but also durable. With the intelligent mix of Aramid- and Dynema-lines, our three-liner offers a long-lasting, lightweight setup.
