The new K2-3 is a tandem pilots' wet dream. While working on the new wing we have taken the utmost care to refrain from tampering with all the things that have made the current model so universally loved, and only refined where refinement made any positive sense to the complete package.

At UP we are very aware that our distinctive glider look is very popular among our fans, so we do not take graphic updates lightly. But at the same time the flying world is a dynamic environment and we need to remain current - and with these new colour combos we feel that we are!

Weltweit erfreut sich unser K2-2 unter Tandempiloten großer Beliebtheit und war auch in dieser Saison wieder der absolute Renner. Darüber freuen wir uns, aber auf unseren Lorbeeren möchten wir uns natürlich nicht ausruhen: Jetzt kommt sein Nachfolger.

First we got notice that Polish Trango XC2 pilot Rafal Chmura was flying far in Quixadá, Brazil. On Nov. 1st he did a 314km flight from Quixadá to just SW of Piracuruca, flying for 8h41min! Now it turns out Alex Coltman from the UK is also there, and he just flew 369km!
