Fast Pro2

Ample passive protection

DHV/LTF certified, with ample passive protection and very good testing results, the Fast Pro II remains a thoroughbred racing harness built for those for whom the last 0.1 in L/D may mean the difference between victory and oblivion. It is however a remarkably comfortable harness, and the average Fast pilot wouldn't have it any other way.

  • Large, detachable and aerodynamic cockpit integrated in the pod
  • Detachable pod (leg cover) that is easy to enter and easy to close
  • Pulley-and-string system to close the pod and keep it under tension in flight
  • Foam-filled aerodynamic nose cone
  • 16cm foam-filled Nylon airbag back-protection with very good impact properties (29G, compared to the maximum allowed value of 50G)
  • Certified according to the latest LTF/EN revision 91/09
  • New parachute container with short connection band and improved handle placement
  • Ball-bearing pulleys from yachting for the speed system
  • Made from durable Cordura Nylon that will outlast other available materials
  • New design
  • Three pod sizes and two harness sizes to cater for pilots of almost any build

Fast XC

The XC machine

The fast XC is the ideal companion for cross-country pilots seeking the finest, most comfortable performance harness available. It is aerodynamic, it is fully enclosed and it has plenty of passive safety in the form of ample foam-filled airbags in case the landing doesn't go completely according to plan. With this harness, going the distance has just gotten easier!

  • Easy to enter and exit due to improved leg cover design
  • Detachable integrated aerodynamic cockpit with ample room for all the electronics (19x29cm)
  • Removable leg cover with ram-air nose cone and two-buckle closure
  • Back protection that extends almost to the neck of the pilot. Very efficient impact dampening, with test results showing a maximum impact vlaue of 35G (up to 50G allowed in this test!)
  • Certified to the LTF 91/09 standard
  • Improved reserve parachute container with very short connection between the handle and the inner container
  • Ball-bearing pulleys from yachting for the speed system
  • Exterior made from sturdy Cordura®
  • Available in two sizes, with three different leg cover lengths for the perfect match to most pilots
  • Lateral pockets for things you need to access in the air
  • Camel Bag ready

K2 2 Tandem

Perhaps the finest tandem paraglider available today - DISCONTINUED MODEL!

The UP K2-2 tandem has been described by experienced tandem pilots as the most versatile, fun and lively tandem wing on the market; we know of several professional tandem pilots who take it out for acro sessions with their friends to wind down after a long day of taking paying passengers up – this has to be the best indicator of the FUN factor built into this design!

  • More speed, wider speed range
  • Positive and negative trimmers
  • Less brake pressure
  • Nylon battens (ASS) in leading edge, no mylar
  • Less weight, easier packing
  • 2 sizes
  • New more dirt-resistant standard colours
  • Swept back wingtips
  • Great launch characteristics due to optimized sweepback angle
  • Sporty look
  • Size SM certified for solo and tandem use

NOTE the 2013 colours below!

Edge XR

More than just a new Edge

Although speed has been the name of the game for a few years already the new 2-liner technology has changed the game of racing paragliders once again - tasks are flown faster, with more gliding and less climbing, than ever before. This puts the emphasis in glider design on the gliding, and on building wings that will not only convert every little bump into altitude, but also let its pilot sniff out buoyant lines along their tracks so that the thermalling is reduced to a minimum. Contrary to what you may think it HAS NOT made the game less exciting - just different.

Summit XC2

More ‘feel-good’ than ever before - DISCONTINUED MODEL!

The Summit series was first introduced in 2001 and has been gaining loyal followers throughout the world ever since. We are excited to introduce the fifth incarnation of our famous EN / LTF C flagship: The Summit XC²! It comes with more extras, more performance and more ‘feel-good’ than ever before, all in an easy-to-use package that will appeal to a very wide pilot audience.

  • Safe performance paragliding: Size M only scored one C (full speed 75% asymetrical collapse). All other categories scored A's and B's!!!
  • 3-liner riser design - less drag, more performance, more fun
  • Swept-back wingtips like on the higher rated brethren
  • Very efficient speed system with high top speed
  • Mini ribs in the trailing edge to keep this crucial part of the canopy under perfect control. It also keeps the profile nice and clean thereby reducing drag
  • Airfoil Stabilizing System (ASS) instead of Mylar for perfect leading edge definition, light weight and easy packing. Drag reduction by keeping the leading edge clean and in shape.
  • Brake tensioning system (BTS) for crisper handling and optimum tension on the trailing edge

Kantega XC2

It is all about performance

The UP Kantega XC2 is built to perform. It is a direct UP response to the new breed of EN B wings that our sport are seeing; wings which, in spite of their EN B rating, are capable of taking their pilots on long Alpine FAI triangles through the most challenging conditions.

  • High usable top speed, flat polar curve
  • ASS and BTS for better handling and high thermaling efficiency
  • BB pulleys on risers – soft, efficient speed bar intended to become second nature for the pilot
  • Brake handle swivels – no brakeline tangles
  • New Ultragrip UP brake handles
  • Swept-back wingtips for better handling and improved climbing
  • Trailing edge miniribs for optimal aerofoil definition
  • Unsheathed gallery lines combined with sheathed low diameter Dyneema main lines - ideal combination of safety with reduced line drag
  • Logical and systematic line layout for perfect shape of canopy with low line consumption
